Houndstooth and Tweed

This picture is a classic that is often cited when the most glamorous and rebellious manteau style is described. Against a backdrop of gleaming North Tehran luxury apartment buildings, three friends are chatting on their cell phones as well as with each other. All three wear tweed manteaus, with the girl on the left in brown and the girls on the right and in the center in grey. Heavily streaked, tall hairstyles are used to decorate the scarves, from which long strands flow down the shoulders, and one of my favorite prints ever, black and white houndstooth, is present in the form of one such scarf. This is what the TRUE manteau style is all about!
