Anyone who knows me well enough knows how much I love Japanese-inspired…everything- clothes, home decor, gardens…you name it, I love it. So, of course, it is natural for me to love Japanese-inspired manteaus; however, this style is very rare (you can view a couple of examples here and here). Here’s a beautiful addition to this group of manteaus- a brown and yellow silk tunic with kimono sleeves (it seems there is a black long-sleeved top underneath it)! Worn with a scarf tied low on the chest to expose blond curls, this manteau is amazing. P.S. I actually have a very similar long tunic (same color, similar print, similar kimono-like style) that was made by a Korean-American designer based in L.A.
